ADMIN OFFICER I (Engineering)

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role is an advantage.
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License and a valid driver's license are preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, cost estimating, quality control, engineering documentation, basic engineering standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to prepare and review technical reports, work plans, quotations, estimates, and other engineering-related documents**.**
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, initiative, and confidentiality in handling company matters.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to undergo continuous learning and professional development.
• Willing to conduct site inspections, field work, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and government agencies when required.
• Willing to work on-site and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
