Admin Officer — Labrador Tower

Looking for extra income with a schedule that doesn't eat your whole day? This could be it.

What you'll do:

• Outbound calls/messages to arrange for Zoom appointments, or help existing customers with policy questions and payment issues

• Chat support and call follow up via WhatsApp messaging platform (full training given)

• Support at client events (light, occasional — photos, check-ins)

What we're looking for:

• Some customer service or phone experience preferred (not required)

• Comfortable multitasking across a few screens

• Can commit to at least 8 months

Good to know: Office-based for the first ~6 months while you ramp up, then eligible to go hybrid.
