Admin Officer | Sin Ming

Position Title : Admin Officer

Salary : $2,600 – $2,800

Location : Sin Ming, Singapore

Working Hours :

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, quotations, purchase orders and delivery orders
• Assist the boss and workshop team with documentation and filing
• Update and maintain company records and reports
• Perform data entry using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Support workshop operations, including scheduling and simple customer follow-up
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management

Job Requirements :

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to communicate and write in both Chinese and English
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
