Admin Officer / Scheduler

About the role

Assemble Anything are seeking an enthusiastic Admin Officer to join our Hobart office on a full-time basis (Tuesday to Saturday). The role requires a background in administration, strong customer service skills with experience in scheduling, and proficient computer skills.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and oversee the daily job schedule for Assemblers across Australia
• Accurate data entry and record keeping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with valued Assemblers
• Provide outstanding customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Operate independently and as part of the team
• Support the team with various administrative duties to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Assist management in business growth initiatives, when required

About you

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in administration with a strong focus on customer service
• Scheduling experience would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
• Ability to effectively adapt and change with sound problem solving skills
• Proficient computer skills using both Apple and Microsoft devices and software
• Strong, initiative-taking work ethic with a willingness to learn
