- Teliti dalam mencatat pesanan, alamat, dan stok barang agar tidak terjadi kesalahan
- Mampu bekerja secara cepat dan tanggap, terutama saat menangani banyak pesanan
- Ramah, sopan, sabar, dan komunikatif dalam melayani pelanggan (customer service)
