Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain company documents, records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients and suppliers.
• Manage filing, data entry and general office administration.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents.
• Monitor office supplies and operational requirements.
• Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings and company activities.
• Follow up on administrative and operational matters to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
