ADMIN OPERATION

Operations Administrator (Security Services)

• Manage and maintain security operations documentation, administrative records and employee files.
• Liaise with customers and respond to enquiries via email and phone professionally.
• Coordinate security manpower requirements, staff deployment and operational arrangements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor staff performance, attendance and site conditions.
• Monitor and update staff attendance, leave records, overtime and related documentation.
• Handle foreign worker permit renewals, FOMEMA medical examinations and other immigration-related matters.
• Monitor passport and work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and submissions.
• Coordinate with immigration authorities, FOMEMA providers and relevant agencies on foreign worker matters.
• Maintain foreign worker records and ensure all required documents are up to date.
• Gather customer feedback and operational updates to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and update management on daily matters.
• Work closely with HR, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when required to support operational needs.
• Possess good communication, organisational and administrative skills.
