Admin Operational

We are a Multinational Company engaged in Container Depot, Warehousing and Transportation Service, located in Cakung – Cilincing, North Jakarta and beneficiary of The Evergreen Group. We are now seeking for YOUTH, DYNAMIC AND RESPONSIBLE candidate to join us.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Experience as Operational Admin / Logistics Admin / Transportation Admin will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Detail-oriented with good administrative and data management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must
• Domiciled in Jakarta or Bekasi area is preferred

Job description:

• Handle daily operational administrative activities
• Prepare and manage operational data, internal reports, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer requests and operational-related complaints
• Prepare operational activity reports for internal use and customers
• Assist in billing administration and supporting documentation
• Handle operational correspondence and email communication
• Support company operations that run on a 24-hour basis, if required
