Job Qualifications:

• With a valid driver’s license and personal motorcycle
• Organized, reliable, and can manage time efficiently
• Honest, trustworthy, and keen to details
• Can start immediately
• The applicant must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Job Description:

• Deliver and route documents to company affiliates, customers, suppliers, and business partners in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all documents are properly received and acknowledged.

• Perform errands and legwork as directed by management, including submission and retrieval of documents, payments, purchases, and other administrative tasks that support office operations..

• Assist in basic office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, organizing supplies, and other clerical duties that contribute to smooth daily operations.

• Handle company documents and materials responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring proper safekeeping of important files.

• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time to support the overall efficiency of office and field operations.
