Leasing Admin

Contract Duration:12 months
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2,760
Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm
Annual Leave: 7 days per annum

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing team by preparing leasing documentation, memos, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials to ensure timely and accurate submission.

• Coordinate with tenants, Lease Management team, Finance, and PMO on leasing processes and documentation requirements to facilitate smooth execution of leasing activities.

• Support the preparation of weekly/monthly leasing reports, PM reports, budgets, and projections/forecasts to facilitate business planning and decision-making.

• Assist in extracting lease and sales data from systems and prepare leasing dossiers and correspondence to support lease negotiations and tenant management activities.

• Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and operational requirements to support the overall effectiveness of the Leasing team.
