About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring sales administration and monitoring are achieved and executed accurately according to SOP and company policy, overseeing several sales staff in Regional Area 3.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for sales transactions from Sales Orders to Sales Invoices
• Manage sales data
• Monitor Salesman performance
• Provide support to salesman
• Handle tax documentation administration and maintain organized filing

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK - S1 in Accounting, Management, or Light Vehicle Engineering with relevant experience
• Ready to be placed in Cirebon if required (Mandatory)
• Preferred: experience in administration and proficiency with Excel
• Understanding of 2-wheel and 4-wheel spare parts is a plus
• Thorough, disciplined, detail-oriented, and possess good analytical abilities
• Able to work both in teams and individually with set targets
