Admin Pharma

• Manage and maintain all documentation related to drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes for key pharmaceutical committees and project teams.
• Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders for the pharmaceutical department, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and scientific documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with document management systems (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry terminology, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
