What they need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or any related major
- Experience in manufacturing company is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong knowledge are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, etc)
- Have a good communication skill and can work with other divisions
- Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java
Job Responsibilities:
- Input and update daily production data, production plans, and raw material requirements into the system or spreadsheet.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Internal Marketing teams to ensure smooth material flow and order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular reports on raw material usage, production output, and material stock monitoring.
- Handle document administration related to production processes and inventory control (goods requisitions, usage reports, etc.).
- Maintain of PPIC document archives.
- Follow up on material delays or production bottlenecks from an administrative side.
