• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Public Relations, Administration, Marketing, or Customer Relations is preferred.
• Good understanding of administrative procedures, documentation, and correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to prepare and manage reports, letters, proposals, invitations, and PR-related documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with internal and external parties.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
