Admin Processing Officer | Remote | Day Shift (Healthcare)

ZigZag is looking for an Administration Processing Officer to join our team!

About the Role

You will provide administrative and back-office support to the Intake and Customer Service teams. This is a high-volume processing role focused on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume back-office administration and processing
• Follow SOPs and complete multi-stage tasks accurately
• Manage email and internal communications — no phone support required
• Maintain accurate records and process information across multiple systems
• Work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Key Requirements

• Experience in high-volume administration or processing
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed SOPs

Nice to Have

• Healthcare industry experience
• NDIS knowledge
• Experience with HubSpot, Zanda/Halaxy, Google Suite, Dialpad, Slack, and Zoom

Work Schedule

• 6AM-3PM PH Time/ 8AM-5PM AU Time
