Admin Procurement

• Overseeing and supervise staff and all activities of the purchasing
• Response, evaluate and verify to the requester
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
• Prepare Purchase Order and send copies to supplier
• Determine when product are unusable or damaged
• Handle deliveries with short or over-ordered, goods not received or damaged products
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records and comply with company policy
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost
• Maintaining and updating supplier information
• Track delivery time and report any issues with product delivery
• Verify purchased item with Work order
• Update stock in and out in the system
• Ensure the stock out item to the correct Work Order
• Determine if inventory quantities are insufficient. Make appropriate adjustments to orders as needed
• To assist BQ price for tender submission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Purchasing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Malaysia (Preferred)

Location:

• Bangi (Preferred)
