- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan dari jurusan Administrasi, Manajemen, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin Produksi atau posisi administrasi di lingkungan manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word.
- Teliti, rapi, disiplin, dan mampu mengelola data administrasi produksi dengan baik.
- Mampu melakukan input data produksi, membuat laporan, serta melakukan dokumentasi administrasi.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim produksi maupun departemen terkait.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
- Bertanggung jawab, memiliki inisiatif, serta mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
- Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan produksi dan mengikuti peraturan serta SOP perusahaan.
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan sistem CMS/ERP atau software administrasi produksi mendaptkan nilai plus.
