Admin / Project Manager

We're hiring — and this one is pretty important to us.

Precision Auto Wraps is growing, and we're looking for an Admin / Project Coordinator who can quickly grow into a full-time role.

But we're not just looking for someone to answer phones and emails.

We're looking for the person who eventually knows where every project stands, what needs to happen next, and who needs to hear from us before anyone has to ask.

If your brain naturally thinks:

"Did we follow up with them?"
"Did they approve the design?"
"Did we collect the deposit?"
"Do we have everything we need?"
"What's the next step?"

…we probably want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing

You'll help manage the customer side of Precision Auto Wraps from the first inquiry through the completion of their project.

That includes things like:

• Answering phones, emails and customer inquiries
• Gathering information needed for quotes
• Creating estimates using our pricing systems
• Setting up new projects
• Following up with leads and existing customers
• Tracking artwork approvals and project information
• Collecting deposits and final payments
• Coordinating appointments and installation schedules
• Communicating with vendors when needed
• Keeping our CRM and customer pipeline organized
• Following up with customers after their project
• Helping solve customer-service issues when they arise

And most importantly:

Making sure things don't fall through the cracks.

The kind of person we're looking for

You don't necessarily need years of experience in the vehicle-wrap industry.

We can teach wraps.

It's much harder to teach someone to be organized, dependable, humble, accountable and genuinely good with people.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can manage a lot of moving pieces without becoming overwhelmed
• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be reminded
• Is comfortable following established systems
• Notices problems early and communicates them
• Brings solutions instead of just bringing problems
• Handles feedback without becoming defensive
• Can respectfully disagree when necessary
• Treats customers extremely well
• Is willing to help wherever the team needs them

Where this can go

This position will start part-time, Monday–Friday during our normal 9–5 business hours, at our shop.

For the right person, we expect the opportunity to move into full-time quickly.

And we're intentionally leaving room beyond that.

Someone who proves they can take ownership, build trust, understand the business and grow with us could eventually take on substantially more responsibility within Precision Auto Wraps.

We're not promising someone a management title on Day 1.

We're looking for someone capable of earning their way into one.
