What they need
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar admin engineering role within the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with construction project management software or Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and compliance requirements
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work in varying weather conditions when required
