What they need
- Source and Purchase materials and electronic components for production and R&D purposes.
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, lead time, MOQ, delivery terms, etc.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to supplier and follow up on the delivery.
- Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure material stock levels are maintained to ensure smooth production
- Maintain purchasing records and follow up on outstanding deliveries
- Assist in generating monthly stock report and variance checking
- Assist with related tasks or projects assigned by the management.
