ADMIN / RECEPTIONIST

Reability Physical Therapy – Imus Branch, Cavite

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented Admin/Receptionist to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
• With experience in admin, receptionist, customer service, or clinic setting is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work in a physical therapy/healthcare clinic
• Responsible, punctual, and professional
• Can work well with patients and the clinic team

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients
• Handle appointments and inquiries
• Prepare and organize patient records and documents
• Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
