Admin Receptionist

About the role: You'll be responsible for assisting with variety of administrative tasks including:

schedule meetings & appointments, transportation, booking meeting rooms, answer phone calls and greeting our guests in a professional manner and assisting collogues in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Booking meeting rooms and schedule appointments
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Support in transportation, catering etc

Required skills:

• At least 1 year experience in similar roles
• You have excellent English language skills
• You have a Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent Computer Skills
• You have exceptional organization & interpersonal skills
• Phenomenal attention to detail and the maturity to handle confidential information is a must
