Admin / Receptionist

Our client now has a vacancy for an experienced Admin/Receptionist to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Answering a busy phone
• Greet and welcome customers
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Interface between customers and the service team
• Administrative tasks such as invoicing and processing paperwork
• Managing customer databases
• Perform general office duties including filing and scanning documents

About you:

• Have a mature approach to front desk/reception duties
• Minimum 3 years adminisration experience
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
• Have exceptional time management skills
• Confident in dealing with some uncertainty, solid problem solving skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of customers
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a trade environment or with car / vehicle knowledge is mandatory
• MUST HAVE a National Police Clearance
