Admin/ Receptionist

The role

We are seeking an experienced Admin/Receptionist to join our team at Go Above Club, based in Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District. This full-time role will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and professional / welcoming customer service to our Club members and potential clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
2. Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
3. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for key personnel
4. Handle incoming whatsapp messages, calls, emails, and correspondence in a polite and professional manner according to GA brand guidelines
5. Provide support for team members as needed
6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
7. Maintain pleasant look and expected presence at the club

What we're looking for

1. 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
7. Ability to present our services according to GA brand guidelines
8. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
