Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients at the reception.
• Handle client communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
• Manage appointments and booking schedules.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Perform administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support marketing activities and social media management.
• Assist with content creation.
• Support inventory management.
• Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the company.
