Admin Relations & Business Development

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Admin Relations Company in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You'll Be Doing

• In this position, you will act as an administrator, bridging or connecting management with the property owner, and acting as a liaison between guests and the property's operations department.Typical communication channels include WhatsApp chat, Telegram, official email, face-to-face meetings, and phone calls, if necessary. Furthermore, you will be responsible for drafting each issued contract and ensuring it meets applicable business process and legal requirements, In addition, you will carry out assigned duties to proactively reach out to and persuade owners of accommodation properties—such as luxury villas, apartments, guesthouses, and other lodging facilities—to have their hospitality services fully managed by the company.

What We're Looking For

• More than 1 years of experience in the same position, fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply
• Minimum education Diploma
• Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management
• Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
• Able to innovate well
• Ability to communicate in English fluently
