We’re looking for a motivated and organized Admin (Reliever) to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term basis.

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Employment Type: Fixed-Term (5 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
• Manage emails, documents, and data entry with accuracy.
• Maintain and update records in internal administrative systems.
• Communicate professionally with Australian clients via email and phone as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Available to start ASAP
• Resides near our Ortigas or Pampanga office
• Experience in administrative or office support roles
• Knowledge of administrative systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
• Confident in communicating professionally with Australian clients
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
