Admin Research and Development

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Research and Development activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain engineering documents, reports, and records.
• Manage engineering data and ensure documents are properly updated and filed.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents required by the Engineering team.
• Support data collection and documentation related to research and development.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and follow up on required data or documents.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to Engineering, or R&D

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good administrative, documentation, and data management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling documents and data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn about R&D, engineering documentation, and TKDN requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
