Admin Sales & Operational

About the role

Handle and maintain sales and operational administration, including input, update, and verification of transaction data and company documents. Monitor and update stock/inventory records, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customers regarding orders and deliveries. Ensure transaction-related data and information are accurate and properly recorded.

About you

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Operations Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
