Admin Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Admin Sales Assistant to join our team at PGF PHILS PHARMA AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES TRADING' in Taytay Rizal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat
2. Processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and order history
4. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
5. Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
6. Coordinating with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Can do Tele Sales Function as well
