ADMIN SALES - BALI

• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Liaise with Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Branch Manager & National Sales Manager.
• Support Sales Administration activities and related operational tasks.
• Serve as Sales Counter at ZEN Showroom to assist walk-in customers (B2C).
• Offer products and maintain restock activities with distributors.
• Host live streaming sessions on the company’s E-Commerce platform (Shopee Live) twice a week.
• Other job responsibilities will be discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as Sales Admin / Sales & Marketing Admin.
• Familiar with ERP System and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (minimum intermediate level).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with sales data/reporting.
• Willing to join as soon as possible.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
