What they need
Tanggung Jawab:
- Memproses sales order & quotation
- Input dan update data penjualan ke sistem secara akurat dan cepat
- Koordinasi dengan tim Sales, Gudang, dan Logistik untuk memastikan order dan pengiriman berjalan lancar
- Mengelola dan mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen penjualan secara rapi dan sistematis
- Mengelola laporan penjualan serta database pelanggan
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal lulusan D3 di bidang Administrasi, Manajemen, atau yang relevan
- Pengalaman di bidang Admin Sales atau posisi terkait lebih diutamakan
- Mahir Microsoft Excel dan terbiasa mengolah data
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat berinteraksi dengan berbagai pihak
- Terbiasa dengan data berbasis angka
- Familiar dengan Accurate & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central menjadi nilai plus
