We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Sales to join our dynamic team at WR FURNITURE OUTLET SDN BHD in Ipoh, Perak. As an Admin Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our company by handling a variety of administrative duties. Job Description

• Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks to support branch operations.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and maintain proper filing systems.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and records using AutoCount system.
• Assist in basic editing for product listings, promotions, or internal use.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Handle general office duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field.
• Proficient in AutoCount system is required.
• Ability to perform basic graphic editing (e.g., resizing, simple adjustments).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and positive working attitude.
• Experience in administrative roles will be an added advantage.
• Able to work 6 days per week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
