What they need
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
- Attend to customer enquiries and requests through phone, email and walk-in visits, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Prepare, update and maintain accurate sales records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
- Assist the Sales Team in monitoring customer accounts and following up on pending orders, enquiries and inactive customers.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding customer payments and coordinate with the Accounts Department on payment-related matters.
- Compile sales information and prepare regular reports or updates for Management and the Sales Team.
- Maintain good communication with customers and provide support on order status, product enquiries and after-sales matters.
- Assist with general sales administration, data entry, filing and other related duties as required.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
