Admin Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Recap and monitor daily sales visit reports.
• Recap and input daily Purchase Orders (PO) into SAP.
• Manage the customer and vendor registration process, including collecting and verifying required documents.
• Organize and maintain sales-related documents, including PKS, incoming/outgoing letters, and other legal documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support for various sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales administration processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1, any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documentation accurately.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with ERP systems, with SAP and Odoo experience being an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to be based in Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat.
