About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Sales professional to join our team in West Jakarta on a full-time basis. As Admin Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between clients, the sales team, and other departments. Your organisational skills and customer-focused approach will be essential in maintaining efficient workflows and contributing to the company's revenue growth within the interior design and architecture sector.

What you'll be doing

• Managing sales documentation, quotations, and proposals with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinating with clients to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide support throughout the sales cycle
• Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related administrative tasks
• Assisting in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and project consultations
• Preparing sales reports and analysing key sales metrics to support management decision-making
• Liaising between the sales team, design team, and clients to ensure project clarity and delivery
• Following up with clients on leads, quotations, and outstanding matters
• Supporting the organisation of presentations and proposals for potential clients
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the design, architecture, or related industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM or sales management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional demeanour with strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of interior design or architectural concepts is advantageous
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
