Admin Sales (Contract)

About the role

This position provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities. The role involves coordinating customer orders, sample, preparing sales report, liaising with sales team, and supporting communication between internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Key in and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate customer sample requests, including processing, tracking, and follow-up.
• Liaise with Customer Service (CS), warehouse, and logistics teams to arrange timely deliveries.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
• Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and after-sales requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, and product-related issues.
• Track inventory availability and communicate stock status to the sales team and customers.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar sales support role is an advantage.
• Available to commit to the contract duration as specified by the company.
