About the role

An Admin Sales Executive role based at Prima Sri Gombak. You will manage customer data, receipts and daily closing, follow up with customers regarding repair status, answer customer inquiries via call and WhatsApp, manage company social media and create daily posts, provide basic consultation related to gadget services, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
