Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all office tasks
• Answer business phones and handle requests
• Execute defined procedures/processes to eliminate errors and keep office organized
• Effectively use office software(s) to
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide quotes
  • Order Products
  • Manage product delivery and installation
• Resolve customer-reported issues or escalate
• Follow up with suppliers, customers, and colleagues regarding issues or questions.
• Greet showroom guests and demo products.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of office software and equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of technology overall
