About the role

This role involves assisting walk-in and call-in customers with queries regarding installment or insurance payment matters for motorcycle purchasing. You will receive payments, issue receipts, process payments through various channels, manage blacklist customer accounts, handle insurance matters including cover notes and claims, and maintain organized filing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries regarding installment or insurance payment matters
• Receive payments and issue receipts for monthly installments, down payments, deposits, and booking fees
• Clear payments made through Maybank 2U, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), Jompay, email or other branches by issuing Temporary Receipt or Official Receipt
• Send emails to inform concerned branches regarding payments from other branches
• Check TR records to ensure payment received and clear Temporary Receipts with Official Receipts
• Receive calls from repossessors regarding overdue installments from blacklist customers
• Update and return blacklist payment listings to the Operation Department with payments received
• Assist blacklist customers with CTOS cancellation after payment
• Arrange and file all payment receipts in order
• Handle all insurance matters including issuing cover notes for new risk, renewal, transfer and extension

About you

• Able to work in a multitasking work environment
• Capable of replacing Branch Officer when manpower shortage occurs
