-Mendata dan mengelola memo dinas luar tim instalasi secara akurat dan terstruktur. - Melakukan input data hasil pekerjaan tim instalasi serta menyusun dan memperbarui grafik pencapaian pekerjaan sebagai bahan monitoring dan evaluasi.
- Melakukan pembaruan (update) status data pelanggan, meliputi unit terkirim, unit terpasang, hingga pekerjaan selesai.
- Menyusun laporan kegiatan proyek dan pelatihan serta mengelola dokumentasi administrasi operasional sebagai bahan evaluasi, monitoring, dan pengambilan keputusan.
- Menyusun laporan administrasi dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas operasional tim instalasi.
