Admin Spare Part (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new role as Admin Spare Part (Maternity Leave Replacement).

General Responsibilities

• Input and maintain spare parts data.
• Process Spare Parts Purchase Requests (PPB) and related documents.
• Monitor and control spare parts inventory.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to spare parts.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 in Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good data entry and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized.
• Able to manage inventory data and documentation properly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on a temporary basis as a maternity leave replacement.
