Admin Specialist

Job Summary

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM, ticketing, or other business systems
• Ability to prepare reports and monitor KPIs
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Admin, Technical/Engineering, suppliers, and customers
• Follow up on deliverables and deadlines
• Track open issues and ensure closure
• Manage documentation: prepare and maintain contracts, purchase orders, service reports, delivery documents, and other operational records
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files
• Monitor operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Admin and Operations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract review, office permit processing, billing invoice, and coordination
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, coordination, documentation, and reporting
• Willing to work on-site setup Makati City (Monday to Friday)
