KW Industrials is a commercial kitchen equipment company serving professional kitchens across the Philippines. We distribute foodservice equipment, manufacture stainless steel fabrications, and supply ventilation and refrigeration systems. We're a lean, fast-moving team where every role has real impact.

The Role
Handling documentation, coordinating between departments and other tasks administrative in nature.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process business documents — purchase orders, delivery receipts, sales invoices, and official receipts
• Process permits and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and logistics for scheduling and follow-ups
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and consumables
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Inventory management
• Assist management with reports, correspondence, and ad hoc tasks

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Discreet and trustworthy — handles confidential company information
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Academic distinctions (Latin honors, Dean's Lister, consistent honor student) are an advantage
