Admin Staff

• Purchasing & Importation: Assist with supplier inquiries, price comparisons, orders, deliveries, and basic costing.
• Sealants Sales & Inventory: Monitor sealant sales and stock movement, perform inventory checks, calculate inventory costs, and prepare reports.
• Sales Executive Reports: Consolidate monthly sales data and track gas consumption and related expenses for management reports.
• Quotations & Billing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents while maintaining organized records.
• CRIF Accreditation: Assist in collecting requirements, organizing documents, tracking submissions, and coordinating accreditation updates.
• General Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, spreadsheets, reports, coordination, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, purchasing, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in recording data and preparing reports

• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, and internal teams

• Willingness to learn and handle general administrative responsibilities

• Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, or office support is an advantage
