JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the overall administrative operations of the language academy
• Provide administrative support for students, teachers, and staff
• Assist with business permits, licensing, and government compliance requirements
• Maintain and organize academy documents, records, and administrative files
• Support accounting, HR, and general administrative functions
• Perform other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the language academy

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends off!)
• Location: 10th Floor, Skyrise 2 Building, IT Park, Cebu City
