Position: Admin Staff
Location: Timog, Quezon City
Employment Type: [Full-Time/Regular]

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and accurately process customer orders
• Coordinate orders with the commissary and delivery rider.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Prepare daily sales, order, and administrative reports
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documents
• Assist with inventory monitoring and other administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage
• Experience in food service, order-taking, or admin work is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skill.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Can work in a fast-paced food service environment
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays as needed.
