About the role
Admin Staff position supporting the Customer Data Steward Unit in Data Quality Management (DQM) activities on a 1 year project basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Customer Data Steward Unit in Data Quality Management (DQM) activities
- Assist in cleansing Critical Data Elements (CDEs) with data quality issues
- Perform Master Data Management (MDM) tasks, including duplicate record cleansing
- Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the team
About you
- Bachelor's Degree holder (4-year course)
- Background in Banking, Finance, or Data Quality Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify data patterns and their business impact
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including handling complex datasets
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work
- Must have Transcript of Records (TOR), Diploma, Certificate of Employment (COE) or Certificate of Completion (COC), NBI Clearance, and Medical Examination Result
