Admin Staff (Inventory & Warehouse Support)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Admin Staff to manage our inventory of electronic equipment, components, and project materials. This role is central to keeping our warehouse and stock records accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all inventory items including brand, SKU/model, description, quantity, and unit of measure
• Check and verify stock status regularly to ensure records match physical inventory
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile against system records
• Responsible for inventory arrangement and organization within the storage and warehouse area
• Track incoming and outgoing equipment tied to specific client projects
• Flag damaged, missing, or low stock items and escalate to management
• Organize and label storage areas for easy retrieval
• Coordinate with the procurement and project teams on stock movement
• Update and maintain the inventory tracking sheet or system
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (filing, documentation, coordination with suppliers)

About you

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or admin support roles
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel; comfortable with basic data entry and recordkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience technical equipment inventory is an advantage but not required
• Should be physically capable to handle equipment storage
