ADMIN STAFF (PROJECT-BASED – 3 MONTHS)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Staff to provide administrative support to our head office operations. The successful candidate will assist with daily office tasks, document preparation, data entry, and coordination with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records.
• Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative databases.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative concerns.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related course.
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
• Must be well-versed in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet management, formulas, and data organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on a project-based contract for three months.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
